Indiana was rather fascinated by the large gears and huge bells in the Hogwarts Clock Tower as he passed through, looking about the area. Staying in the Library gave him a feeling of claustrophobia, thus he decided to go ahead and find a better place that had some fresh air.
It wasn't long before he found a small balcony that allowed him to overlook a good part of the grounds from above along with a small coffee table and a chalkboard that leaned against the wall.
Setting his book bag down, Indiana managed to find a stone protrusion to hang the chalkboard on before taking out some chalk, a small roll of parchment, and a binder that had notes from his library research, placing them onto the coffee table. With that done, he opened his notebook and began writing on the chalkboard.
Thus, it became a habit for the young Hufflepuff to frequently visit the Hogwarts Clock Tower when it came to independent research and the like as time went on.
